Curating Your Experience
Please read these terms carefully before booking any tour or service with Ceylon Signature Travels. These conditions form the basis of our contract with you.
These terms and conditions govern all bookings made with Ceylon Signature Travels (Pvt) Ltd. By booking a tour, making a deposit, or accepting a tailored itinerary, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
In these conditions, "you" and "your" refer to the lead person named on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Ceylon Signature Travels.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The date we receive your written notification determines the cancellation fees applied.
* Note: Peak season bookings (December 15th to January 15th) and exclusive villa rentals may carry stricter cancellation policies which will be communicated at the time of booking.
While we strive to execute all itineraries exactly as planned, Sri Lanka is a tropical destination where extreme weather, wildlife movements, or political circumstances may occasionally require adjustments.
We reserve the right to alter accommodations, transport, or excursions if necessary for your safety or due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). We will always aim to substitute services with those of equal or higher standard.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients traveling with Ceylon Signature Travels.
Your insurance must cover medical emergencies, personal injury, repatriation, and evacuation. We highly recommend policies that also cover trip cancellation, delay, and loss of baggage. We reserve the right to request proof of insurance prior to your arrival.
Ceylon Signature Travels acts only as an agent for hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other independent contractors. We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or irregularity arising out of the actions of these third-party suppliers.
Clients partake in adventure activities (such as trekking, water sports, and wildlife safaris) entirely at their own risk. We hold no liability for incidents arising from failure to follow safety instructions or local laws.
